Klaus Blaschke is a Senior Partner & Founder of Bridge-n. Born 1954, he holds a Master of Economical Engineering. In 1991 Klaus started as a Director of Sales and became Vice President of Central and Eastern Europe with Informix GmbH followed in 1998 by his tenure as a Managing Director of Netscape GmbH. From 1999 to 2001 Blaschke served as a General Manager Central Europe, BeNeLux and Eastern Europe for Commerce One Germany and became Vice President of the EMEA Management Group at the end of 2001. With Seven Networks Klaus held the position of Vice President EMEA in 2002. As a reputed veteran in the areas of IT and telecommunications with a distinguished industry footprint, Blaschke has been a renowned strategic adviser to the leading telecommunication enterprises developing businesses in Marketplace Services and in the Mobile Wireless field.

Christian Lainé is a Partner and Co-Founder of Bridge-n. In his more than 35 years of versatile sales and marketing roles, he developed extensive insights in complex solutions selling, especially serving as an executive for ByteMobile and Seven Networks in the new era of mobility. Earlier Lainé had joined the B2B leader Commerce One as a director in charge of managing the major Marketplace in EMEA and as a General Manager for Spain and Portugal. At Lotus Development EMEA, a subsidiary of IBM, specialized in the collaboration, communication and coordination software solutions, Christian had served as an EMEA business development manager of the communities of interest business. Lainé has a distinguished expertise of international business in various countries including the People's Republic of China.

Gareth Jones is a Partner and Co-Founder of Bridge-n. As a UK qualified accountant he has spent the whole of his 25 year career in the IT industry building, managing and directing both business and finance teams. He has worked at world-class multinationals, and also with start-ups. In his last full-time role Gareth was VP & General Manager EMEA for Commerce One. He had initially joined Commerce One as VP Finance EMEA in June 1999 and was instrumental in the build-out of the European organisation. Prior to that he was Director of EMEA Finance and Administration at Sybase, where he joined in 1993. Earlier in his career he worked at Unisys, Apollo Computer and Hewlett Packard. In 2003 he established his own consulting company focussing on providing "on-demand" business and finance advice to UK venture-backed software start-ups, and to US companies entering the European market.

Rolf Schlenther is a Bridge-n Partner. Since 1987 he has substantially shaped the high technology landscape by successfully introducing several of the most exposed industry forces to the European marketplace. His global roles include the re-alignment of distinguished corporate go-to-market processes. In the private equity arena Rolf would collaborate with over 15 investment partners. For about seven years, he has been a personal coach to leaders of international businesses and NGOs. Prior to joining Bridge-n, Rolf established RSG Partners Int., a multinational advisory firm in business development. Earlier he had served in senior level sales and marketing tenures for Microsoft and Siemens Nixdorf. Rolf holds a doctor’s degree in Economics as well as a diploma in Political Science and teaches at international business schools and faculties.
